Ambiance Interiors started in 1988 to meet a market need.

There was very little product for the home coming direct from France. With a selection of new and antique product Ambiance started bring in items to our small store in Jervois Road. By 1990 we have relocated to Parnell Road and traded there for many years before we outgrew the space and setup a warehouse format showroom/ store at 16 Railway Street, Newmarket.

Today we are still importing one off furniture items and new lighting from France. We also still have our local artisans making superb sofas, timber furniture and lighting. This gives a perfect blend of new and antique, local and imported, contemporary and classic. From the classic Anduze garden pots, old French mirrors and timber dining tables to Gien china – we have many uniquely available items.

We make our own ranges of bedheads,upholstered sofas and chairs. We are situated below Diva International and next to Redelman Fabrics, so there are many fabrics options in easy view.
